Here are some tips to beat stress:
Sleep - Having a restful sleep is one of best stress relievers. However, you could find that stress is causing your sleeping to be more erratic, here a a few tips to avoid this:
- Avoid Tea or Coffee.
- Alcohol. Whilst it will make you feel sleepy at first, it will more than likely create a fitful nights sleep.
- Gentle stretching excercises.
- Meditation.
- Relaxing Music.
- A warm, relaxing bubble bath.
- If the problem persists, either try to solve it before going to bed or make arrangements to solve it in the morning.
